Intuitiv Heartcentered Coaching
The heart is the compass of the soul

Follow your heart
When
you listen inwardly and let your heart guide you, you open yourself
up to a life with more love, balance and harmony, increased
creativity and joy, but also sharper intuition. When your heart is
allowed to show the way, you say yes to growing as an individual on a
soul level, living your life exactly as you were meant to do. Your
heart is your soul's compass.
The loud voice of the ego
We live in a society with stimuli around us 24/7, where we can barely catch our breath before we rush on. Stress and demands can easily cause us to fall into a lifestyle and a mindset where we are always in some form of high pace, or maybe even running away, but never taking the time to stop, experience and feel. Maybe you have so much on your agenda that you are completely exhausted, and it feels like you are only living on the surface. The fear of missing out becomes a worry, perhaps anxiety and jealousy that ultimately makes you feel like an empty shell with no energy left.
The ego unfortunately takes a big place in today's society and the ego loves to revel in control, competition and to compare jealously with others. To constantly compete with others for your place in life and to have to prove yourself. The ego loves to whisper in your ear: "You are not good enough, you will make a fool of yourself, look busy, even if you are not, otherwise others may think you are nobody" Perhaps you keep yourself constantly busy simply to avoid stopping and thinking, or the constant stress keeps you awake at night and life becomes more and more of a contentless repeat where joy has ceased to be present. Your life with the ego in the driver's seat, with control, competition and comparisons constantly present, has become a life that feels insecure, unsatisfying and just...empty.
In a world where stress levels continue to rise, we are becoming very aware of the long-term effects of stress. It also makes it clear to us, after a long time on the hamster wheel, what long-repressed emotions mean for our quality of life. The experience can ultimately be like trying to stop a burst dam. And water, as you know, always finds a way and makes its way out.
Don't limit your possibilities and the potential in your life by worrying in advance about what others do or think. You are the one who will live your life and no one else can decide what is important in your life. No one else knows what makes you feel calm and harmonious, happy and fulfilled, and you have an amazing resource at your disposal. Your best friend. Your compass. Your heart!

The heart as a compass
The human heart is much more than an efficient pump that keeps you alive. Today, there is research that suggests that the heart is like a very complex and intelligent information processing center that not only communicates and cooperates with the brain. The heart also seems to have its own kind of logic and acts on its own initiative, independent of the signals sent from the brain. The heart sends instructions that the brain obeys.
So
see your heart as your very own source of wisdom and knowledge about
who you are, which can guide and encourage you to live your life
closer to your feelings with more health and balance, greater
creativity and sharper intuition as a profit.
Living in harmony with your soul - listening to your unique heartbeat.
So how do you listen to your heart and follow your soul? No one promised us that it would be easy, and perhaps that is precisely why many people never even think about trying. Getting off the hamster wheel, kicking the ego as the driver of your life and making decisions that often feel really scary. But you do it for your own sake and you will eventually give yourself a gold medal when you see how you as an individual have grown and developed. How good you feel. To live soulfully is not to run away, to actually dare to stand still and face reality and connect to it lovingly with your heart. That's when you transform. When you dare to stand still and face yourself. And when you feel, then you are motivated.
Living with your heart as a compass is about always being true and honest with yourself and living life on your own terms. Because you are the only one who knows what makes you happy. Maybe it means you need to make some uncomfortable and often difficult decisions. Maybe it will mean that you start to think about how you enjoy your job, your friends, your home, your family? Maybe memories will emerge, events from earlier in your life that you are now prepared to look at clearly, understand how it has affected you in life, and then let the wounds heal.
Even though it is hard, uncomfortable and sometimes completely upsetting, it means something amazing. You have bravely created space for new, crispy fresh energy to come into your life.

How do I know that it is the soul that guides me?
When
your decisions feel like soft cotton in your stomach, then you know
that you are right. Everything that comes from your soul is
characterized by love. Everything your soul integrates and
unites you with in life, is characterized by love.
The feeling is that everything goes easily.
No matter what anyone
else says, you know that it is right for you. Your soul knows what
you need, maybe it is not always what you thought. Because your soul
also wants you to grow, develop, use the amazing power you have
within you and bloom fully. To experience happiness and share your genuine self with the world.
